Check-in, reception, pets & co.:
Fixed check-in and check-out times apply at the Familienhotel Friedrichshof! We ask you very much to observe these. Please inform us in time if you wish a late check-in after 20:00 or late check-out after 10:00.
- Reception time from 08:00 to 20:00
- Check-in from 15:00 at the earliest
- Check-out on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m.
- Dogs, only upon request
- Rental of strollers, baby carriages & Co.
- Baby and children equipment rental - ask us about it
- Packages and last minute offers
- Payment possible on site in cash, with ec-card or credit card
- Surcharge for 1-2 nights at the weekend: 20,00 Euro per adult/per day
Vacation with your dog
In some apartments a stay with dog is allowed. Please take into account that you specify this before booking.
We charge 20,00 Euro per day for each dog.
Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel premises and may not be brought into the restaurant.
Cancellation policy
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
- For cancellation up to 30 days before arrival the hotel can charge 50% of the price
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival will be charged with 80% of the price
- For non-arrival without cancellation we charge 80% of the agreed price.
- Cancellations are accepted only with confirmation from both sides.
- We recommend our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance to avoid high cancellation costs.
