Indoor playground & hayloft - for fun on rainy days
Good news for rainy weather: at the Friedrichshof family hotel, boredom is a foreign word – even then. In our own play and romp house for the children, we have a hayloft as well as an indoor playground with a foosball table, ball pool, toddler climbing wall and table tennis table. There, the children can play independently with their new friends or experience lots of action under supervision as part of the childcare.
Indoor fun
Here your little ones can be active, move and have lots of fun. Our adult guests can also have a little match on the ping-pong table or play foosball. Yellow against red – who will win this time? From the ball pool, you can watch the foosball tournament in a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, you can also romp and colorfully “bathe” here.
Your children dream of climbing the mountains of Franconian Switzerland? This is possible even when dense clouds cloud the view. For this reason, little climbers can look forward to a child-friendly and safe climbing wall in our hotel with indoor playground. Soft mats and cushions provide protection under the climbing wall. The handles are also specially designed for smaller children’s hands, so that nothing can go wrong.
Hayloft for romping around
The kids reach the upper floor of our Tollhaus via the colorful, covered outdoor staircase. Here they will find a little play paradise: our hayloft! Directly under the roof of the play barn, a small, secluded world awaits them – paradise for kids. Fresh hay lies on the floor and forms a soft mat for romping, throwing and jumping in. We have attached a sturdy and robust climbing net to the walls and a climbing rope to the roof beam for climbing or swinging back and forth. Those who dare can jump from the bird’s nest swing directly into the soft hay.

Bad weather – we are prepared for everything and have a versatile care program. And even the little ones will be kept busy.
