Your children’s energy is boundless? – Then the sports and outdoor facilities at the Friedrichshof family hotel are just the thing for your family vacation. Playing, kicking, running, climbing, mudding, sliding, swinging – we offer your children every possibility to let off steam and that directly “in front of the door”. Our approximately 25.000 m² large area includes a playground with sandbox, mud area, ropeway, slides, swings and playground equipment, a football field, table tennis tables and much more.

Our family hotel has a well-maintained soccer pitch with a grassy area, on which we have permanently installed two soccer goals. There is always something going on on this sports field: Small and large recreational kickers can dribble, straddle, pass and score goals here. There are also always plenty of comrades and comrades-in-arms here for races, games you make up yourself and other football field games.
Your kids can prove their sporting skills at the table tennis tables. Whether individually “man against man”, in doubles or round robin – good mood is guaranteed here. The same is true for bouncing on our large outdoor trampolines. A robust safety net provides the necessary protection for your little hobby acrobats.

Playground with swings, slides and sandbox
On the playground your child can romp, be active in sports and be creative. A large sandbox invites you to dig, build tunnels and sand castles. A tip for your packing list: You don’t need to bring your own outdoor toys. From shovels and buckets to mini-excavators and molders to concrete mixers for kids, we have all the coveted sandbox play equipment on hand. Of course, the sand pit is cleaned and refilled regularly.
On the playground you will also find sturdy swings and slides in various sizes. For the very little ones from about one year old, we have a baby slide as well as baby swings with safety seats. Children of kindergarten and elementary school age let off steam best on the wooden climbing frame. Another highlight for little adventurers is our colorful madhouse that leads to the hayloft.
